Objectives

Management of the scientific, financial and administrative aspects of the project:

• Overall research coordination
• Monitoring work progress
• Evaluation of results
• Ensure that all required reports and deliverables are completed in time and sent to the Commission
• Organise project meetings
• Ensure an integrated collaboration between partners
• Establish a project website (with WP7)
• Disseminate information within the consortium
• Engage stakeholders in policy definitions
• Develop strategies for external dissemination (with WP6 and WP7)
